On request, you will receive damage diagrams and reports with the quotations. By using high-resolution special cameras, a damage and failure analysis can be carried out in a targeted manner.

Repair
In the approximately 350 m² large and modernly equipped mechanical seal workshop, mechanical seals of all manufacturers are repaired. We work to the standard of one of the largest mechanical seal manufacturers in the world. The annually trained staff, combined with innovative techniques and equipment, guarantees you the highest accuracy as well as a certified final inspection before delivery. Cartridge seals only leave our premises after a successful pressure test.
Adjustment
Many factors can have a major impact on the service life of a mechanical seal. We will discuss and analyse the influencing parameters in your plant with you. In the next steps, design adjustments to the mechanical seals and the plant are discussed. For example, it is often found that the mechanical seals and elastomers are exposed to high heat. To reduce this heat, we recommend various API plans. For example, we have mechanical seal supply systems or adaptive circulation units that can be integrated into the mechanical seal. Seal face pairings or elastomer matching can also have major influences. We are also at your disposal for this.
Conversion
The conversion of packing systems to mechanical seal systems is an important decision-making process for customers. We are happy to help you handle this technically. Send us your system and we will carry out the necessary modifications and conversions. Due to our high vertical range of manufacture, all mechanical adjustments are made in-house, so that there is no high downtime of your system during the conversions.
